Nah is your private record of work. It is not a public feed, and it is not a place to go after a person.

Write the story

You can describe unfair decisions, bad days, good managers, ridiculous policies, and things coworkers would recognize. Frustration, sarcasm, and ordinary workplace language are fine.

Fine: “My boss changed my schedule after it was posted and didn’t tell me. Then I got written up for being late.”

Don’t use it as a weapon

• Threats or calls for violence
• Doxxing, including someone else’s private phone number, address, or identifiers posted to hurt them
• Slurs and targeted harassment
• Coordinated abuse

Your notes are visible to your account. If you export or send a summary, you are responsible for that. Nah can suspend access when someone uses the app to harass, threaten, or break the law.
